ABOUT ME
My name is Liz and I set up Life of Ryley Pet Services in 2015. I have owned pets all my life and I currently own 2 dogs, 4 cats and variety of fish. I have previously owned chinchillas, rabbits, hamsters and mice.
I offer dog walking and pet sitting services in Cannock and surrounding areas.
I am DBS checked, fully insured and have a qualification in Canine First Aid.
I can provide references if required and there are reviews on my Facebook page.

What I Can Do for Your Pet
As a professional Dog Walker and Pet Sitter, I offer a full-range of services to make sure your pet is well taken care of. If there’s something specific your pet needs that isn’t on my list, be in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
I have experience with a wide range of animals and am always happy to learn about new ones!
Rest assured I will treat your pets as if they were my own.
DOG WALKING
Duration ranges from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. I only walk dogs from the same household together, no mixed group walks. This means you can be assured that your dogs are getting my full attention.
All dogs accepted no matter their breed or size. Walks are tailored to individual needs so if your dog wants to chase a ball or just sniff every blade of grass I will do my best to make them happy.
Puppies will be walked in accordance with the recommended guidelines of 5 minutes for every month of age, and only once fully vaccinated. For example your 4 month old will get a maximum 20 minute walk.
Dogs will only be allowed off lead with your prior permission and when I am confident with their recall.

PUPPY VISITS
This service ranges from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. It is suitable for puppies that are not fully vaccinated and are unable to go for a walk. Also suitable for elderly or injured dogs.
They will be let out into the garden to toilet and any accidents will be cleaned up. Food and water will be given if required. Medication can also be administered if needed.
Then I will either play with them or sit and give them cuddles depending on their preference.

CAT VISITS
Cats are much happier in their own environment so I offer home visits to care for them while you’re away.
Visits include feeding and watering, cleaning and changing cat litter, playing and lots of cuddles if they let me! I can also administer medication if required.
Cats will only be allowed outside with your prior written consent.

SMALL ANIMAL VISITS
Small animals include rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, gerbils etc. Also reptiles, birds and fish. If you have an unusual pet, even better! I’m always keen to learn about new animals.
Visits will include feeding and watering, cleaning out and anything else that needs doing.

BASIC HOUSEHOLD CHORES
All my pet visits can include basic jobs like collecting your post, watering plants, opening and closing curtains etc. There is no extra cost for this.
This will ensure your house looks occupied while you are away and give you peace of mind.
I drive an unmarked car and wear clothes without logos for further security.
PET PRESCRIPTION COLLECTION
If you are unable to get to the vet to collect your pet’s prescription I can do this for you.

ELDERLY AND CONVALESCING PETS
Maybe you have an elderly or sick pet, or one who is recovering from an operation. They might just need company but I am able to administer medication if required.
